The Kulshan Community Land Trust, a non-profit community partner for permanently affordable home ownership solutions, is pleased to announce the election of its Board of Trustees and Officers: Greg Winter President, Bill Sterling Vice President, Sharon Robinson Treasurer, Kelly Mulford Secretary, and fellow Board members Reco Barnett, Danne Neill, and Dan Tripps. Paul Schissler will be serving as Executive Director.
In January 2001, the Kulshan Community Land Trust received a Federal Home Loan Bank grant of $210,000 to provide for 30 scattered site low-to-moderate-income single family units. For more information call 671-5600.
